When I started to do 'raw til 4' and eat cooked foods in the evening I realised that I still was not satiated because the diet was not varied enough.

This is just my story based on following the advice of (dare I say their names) Freelee & Durianrider - who are NOT good people to follow!! But I won't say more about them for now. I have tried raw veganism and although the fruit based foods were delivious, they were too high in sugar for me and I ended up crashing only an hour or two later after completely stuffing my face with over 1000 calories per meal, and I would be starving hungry again. You can be vegan in many ways, and it is very easy to get sucked into the path of 'ultimate vegan warrior' ideologies if you turn raw vegan, which isnt true. Mainly because the constant arguing with each other drove me mad, and also there are some youtubers that push it as the only path for veganism, which is damaging the name of veganism. My advice would be to stay away from Raw Food Youtubers.
